3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your shel99 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. shel99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
3.2 You must notify shel99 immediately via live chat support if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.3 shel99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the account holder has breached these Terms; (c) the account is found to be a duplicate; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
3.4 Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. shel99 may levy an administrative fee on dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
4.1 shel99 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Click, Public Bank), and cryptocurrency. Supported payment methods may change from time to time.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. shel99 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for eWallet methods and within the same banking day for bank transfers, subject to verification status and operational capacity.
4.4 shel99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals unless expressly disclosed at the point of transaction. Third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are outside shel99's control.
4.5 Funds deposited into your shel99 account must be used for gaming activity and may not be transferred to other Players or used for any purpose other than placing bets on the platform.
4.6 shel99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The platform reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any account and to delay, block, or report transactions where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of financial crime.
5.1 shel99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which will be published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses credited to your shel99 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before a withdrawal request can be made.
5.3 Bonuses are awarded to individual accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts. Each Player is entitled to claim each specific Bonus only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
5.4 shel99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withhold any Bonus if there is reasonable suspicion that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus; using third-party betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.5 Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.1 All bets placed on shel99 are final once confirmed by the platform. Players accept that it is their responsibility to review bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.
6.2 shel99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or corruption of data. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account.
6.3 For casino games, all outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, for live games, by licensed live studio operators. The published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-run theoretical return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
